This interactive and entertaining session is valuable for those leading or
working in teams, negotiating, and/or attempting to resolve conflicts that
arise in the course of managing our businesses. There are significant
differences in the ways that we think and speak as well as in how we use
tools to achieve objectives. These characteristics are the basis of our
temperament and when we interact with others, differences often lead to
conflict, misunderstandings, and disagreements.

Build rapport and strengthen your communications by:
· Understanding yourself (you’ll have the opportunity to take a
self-assessment)
· Recognizing how others temperament differs from your own
· Seeking to understand those you interact with
· Reducing frustration and negative interactions
· Building respect and confidence through understanding

In this session you will:
· Identify your own tendencies in temperament
· Listen for clues about other’s temperament
· Understand other’s motivations and needs
· Communicate better!
