The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is the world’s leading supply chain framework, linking business processes, performance metrics, practices and people skills into a unified, integrated structure. 

Scope: SCOR-P training introduces attendees to the full scope and contents of the APICS SCOR framework.  Attendees will learn the Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return and Enable components of the framework from an end-to-end supply chain perspective. 

Who Should Attend?From industry newcomers to consultants, project or program managers, IT systems analysts, Lean practitioners or companies experiencing rapid growth will develop actionable steps to align operating performance with executive strategy, improve fulfillment processes and learn systemwide management skills.  Registration closes 2/6/18 so materials can be delivered by 2/9, 2.5 weeks before this immersion workshop begins. 

Costs:All-inclusive membership registration of $2795 (Nonmember $3245) covers materials, endorsement exam fee, lunches and tuition.  We will happily bundle your Plus membership fee for an additional $220 (click on the “New Member” ticket of $3015).  Materials consist of the following:

  • SCOR-P Participant Guide
  • SCOR-P Framework
  • SCOR-P Endorsement Exam Credit (valid for two months)

 

Schedule:This 4 full-day workshop runs from Tuesday, 2/27 through Friday, 3/2/18 from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. PLEASE NOTE, a minimum of 6 students are required to hold the course. If we do not have enough registrations by February 6, 2018 then we will refund your payment in full. 

Curriculum:Sessions are highly interactive with heavy emphasis on memorization, group discussions, real life examples and in-class projects. By the end of these four days, you will be able to deploy the SCOR model in your enterprise to:

  • Improve fulfillment efficiency from process and cost perspectives
  • Increase the speed of project and system implementations
  • Implement well defined, sustainable processes
  • Understand benchmarking and performance improvement best practices
  • Recognize typical deliverables for any supply chain improvement project
  • Use SCOR tools and techniques to identify key project elements
